Glynisha Shiel, better known as Olivia or ThatGirlOlivia, Born on Fort Sill Army Base in Lawton, Oklahoma, is a California native who took the Chicago media and entertainment scene by storm. A bold and visionary creative, Olivia has worn many hats-radio personality, talk show host, promoter, publisher, and mentor -and left an unforgettable mark in each role.

She made waves in Chicago as the creator and host of her own talk show, LiV, which aired on Roku TV, and was a beloved voice across multiple Chicago radio stations, earning numerous accolades including Radio Personality of the Year, Host of the Year, Promoter of the Year, and the coveted SHE-EO Award.

Olivia's passion for uplifting emerging talent led her to work closely with artists like Fendi the Rapper and give many rising young performers their very first shows. Her entrepreneurial drive also led to the launch of her own magazine and expansion into Atlanta, where she again earned the title Radio Personality of the Year at the UMA Awards. In a career-defining moment, she conducted the final interview with legendary actor Louis Gossett Jr. before his passing-a reflection of her deep ability to connect and create legacy through conversation.
